This place is tidy and roomy with friendly staff, and the breakfast offers a good variety of options.

The location is good, near to the Rialto bridge and you can take breakfast in a balcony overlooking one of the channels.

The price of this hotel is mainly due to good location but the room could be better, given the quality / price ratio. I was also waiting for another view from the bedroom window.

Location and huge room. Basic facilities ok, likely to book again for longer stay.

Only one set of keys (rooms up to 5 persons), no reception = lot of hassle/low security as another option was to just leave the keys where pretty much anyone can get them.

the location was excellent, directions were a bit misleading and we ended up on a ferry boat to a nearby island. atmosphere and general ambience was lovely.

The beds here are cozy, and the rooms have a nice romantic vibe. I was pleasantly surprised to find five beds in one room - that was a nice touch! Overall, everything was just right. 💫

The central location was great.

We travelled to a number of Italian cities and stayed in hotels and this was by far the worst of the lot - considering it was one of the most expensive. We were stuck up in a room right at the top of the building, next to what seemed like a room for staff. It was a dark room, which appeared not to have been renovated for at least 30 odd years. It appeared there were nicer rooms in the hotel, but we did not have access to that part of the hotel.

The location was fantastic, making it a breeze to reach all the main tourist spots 🗺️. Our room was spacious, and having a sofa bed was a great bonus!

No hot water 2 days in a raw, having a shower in the mini bathroom, with a mini bath, no shower curtain, not confortable at all. the walls were too slim, we could here snoring next door. and the hotel is basically not well maintained, everything was old, wobbly or almost broken, it's a shame.

Located in a charming spot among abandoned gondolas, this place offers a satisfactory breakfast with a great selection of meals.

The location was absolutely fabulous, you can visit Teatro Malibran by walking.

the location is not good, and there are long steps to the hotel, we have to carry our big/heavy baggage to overcome those steps to our room.

I loved the unique and quiet lodging experience at Palazzo Lion Morosini. The location near the Rialto Bridge was perfect, and the peacefulness of the secluded alley was a welcome escape from the busy streets of Venice. The old building added to the charm, and the proprietor was helpful and accommodating. Despite the small bathroom and occasional noise from the restaurant downstairs, I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Venice.
